What the couple shares with you

When a couple books and pays you through The Veil, their lead starts filling in from their own plan: the day's timeline, the numbers, names and the details your trade asks for. You don't have to email for it, and it stays up to date as they change things.

The rule

• You must be booked and paid. The couple's details reach a business with a paid booking on their wedding, never one that's still quoting.
• The couple chooses what to share. Most things have a sharing switch in their app. Until they turn it on, the section on your lead says what's missing and where they turn it on.
• You see only what your trade uses. A florist isn't shown dietary counts; a photographer isn't shown mailing addresses. What appears follows the categories on your business.
• Coordinators and above see it, and day-of staff you've put on the wedding's crew. See Crew and call times.

What appears, and for whom

• Their run sheet: the couple's timeline, moment by moment, as they share each one. Everyone. See The run sheet and the day sheet.
• Your run of show: your arrival time and the lines tagged to you, to confirm. Everyone. See Confirm your run of show.
• Final count: the number to plan to, locked on the date you set. Venues, caterers, cake makers, planners, DJs and bands, decor, rentals and photo booths. See Final count, dietary needs and the final guest list.
• Dietary: live counts from RSVPs, never names. Caterers, cake makers and planners.
• Final guest list: every guest by name, with their table and dietary needs, once the couple locks it. The same trades as the final count.
• The light: sunset and golden hour where the wedding is. Venues, photographers, videographers, officiants and planners. See Sunset and golden hour.
• Family photos: the couple's call-out list. Photographers, videographers and planners. See The family formals list.

• Timeline moments: each one has Share with your vendors in their timeline.

If the couple isn't on The Veil

Nothing arrives by itself, but you can fill in what you need: write the Run sheet yourself, and venues fill in The numbers. Both print on the day sheet. See The run sheet and the day sheet.

Good to know

• If a section says the couple hasn't shared something yet, that's the truth rather than a fault: most couples fill things in over the last few months.
• Sections update live. Download a list again (place cards, envelopes, the music plan) after the couple changes it.
