The family formals list (photographers)

Photographers, videographers and planners get Family photos on a booked lead: the list of group shots the couple wants, built from their own guest list.

What's on it

• Each group, numbered in the order the couple wants them shot, for example "Nora with her parents".
• The people in it, spelled as the couple's guest list spells them. A group with nobody added says Just the couple.
• The couple's note, if they left one, for example "Grandma June seated in front".
• Anyone who has said they can't come is crossed out, with Crossed out: said they can't come.

It updates as the couple edits their guest list, so a changed name or a new plus-one appears without anyone telling you.

Before it's shared

Until the couple shares it from their guest list in the app, the box says the list will appear here once they do. If it's shared but empty, groups appear as they add them. The couple's side: The family photo list.

On the day

The list prints on the day sheet, numbered, with the people in each group, who isn't coming, and each note. Hand it to whoever calls the groups.

Good to know

• You need to be booked and paid through The Veil, and a coordinator or above, or on the wedding's crew.
