The last 60 days checklist (venues and planners)

Venues and planners get a checklist at the top of each booked lead. More than 60 days out it's called Before the day; within 60 days, The last 60 days, with a bar showing how much is done, how many are overdue and how many days to go.

The lines

Each has a due point counted back from the wedding. You don't tick anything: each line ticks itself when it happens on The Veil.

• Vendor list in (45 days out): other vendors are booked or added to the event.
• Certificates of insurance in (14 days out), when you require insurance: every vendor covered.
• Final walkthrough booked (30 days out): a walkthrough under Around the day.
• Floor plan signed off (14 days out): the event's floor plan is final for setup.
• Final count in: on the final-count date you set, or 10 days out.
• Rehearsal set (14 days out).
• Run of show confirmed (7 days out), once the couple shares their day: every vendor confirmed.
• Paid in full, when the booking has a payment schedule: nothing left to pay.

A line past its due point and not done is marked overdue, with when it was due.
