Rates and minimums by room and season (venues)

Rates and minimums, on Availability under Your spaces, is your price sheet written as rules. Each rate is a rental price, a food-and-beverage minimum, or both, for one room or the whole venue, in the months and on the days you choose.

Each rate shows its name, which room (or Whole venue), its months and days, and its prices.

Add a rate

1. Tap + Add a rate.
2. Name it, for example "Peak Saturday".
3. Choose the room, or leave it on Whole venue. (The room list appears once you have rooms.)
4. Tap the Months it applies to. Picking none means all year.
5. Tap the Days. Picking none means any day.
6. Enter the Rental $, the F&B minimum $, or both.
7. Tap Save rate.

To change a rate, tap Edit. Delete is at the bottom of the form.

How the right rate is picked

When you quote a lead, the quote builder uses the most specific rate for the lead's room and date:

• a room's own rates before the whole venue's, and
• a rate for named months and days before a broader one.

So "Peak Saturday, the Hayloft, May to October, Saturdays" wins over "Friday and Sunday, whole venue" on a June Saturday in the Hayloft. If the menu on the quote falls short of the minimum, the quote builder warns you. See Menus and per-guest pricing and Send a quote.

Good to know

• Only owners and managers can add or change rates.
• A rate needs a name, and at least a rental or a minimum.
• Couples don't see this list. It's there to price your quotes.
