A vendor sent you a link to The Veil

Your venue, planner or another vendor set you up on The Veil. Here's how to pick up where they left off.

Sometimes a vendor you're already talking to invites you to The Veil. You get a link, and it opens a page that says (Business) invited you.

What's waiting

The vendor has already started your conversation. Their quote, your messages and the plan for the day will all live in the app, with every other vendor you book. If they gave us your date, the page shows it: Your date is down as (date).

Three steps

  1. Get the app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Sign up with the email shown (partly hidden for privacy). That's how we know it's you. If you use a different email, the vendor won't see you arrive.
  3. Open Vendors. They're already there, with nothing to search for and nothing to retype.

If the page says You're already connected to (business), just open the app and go to Vendors.

Troubleshooting

  • This link isn't live: it may be out of date. Ask the vendor for a fresh one, or start on The Veil from the beginning and search for them in Vendors.
  • I signed up with another email: ask the vendor to send the invite to that email instead.
