More layouts and a rain plan

Many weddings need more than one layout: the ceremony and the reception in the same room, or a backup if it rains. Each layout is its own plan, seated separately.

Free and Plus

• On the free plan you get one layout of your own. Plans your venue drew with you don't count toward it.
• With Plus you can keep as many as you need.

On the free plan, New and Make a copy open the upgrade screen once you already have a plan of your own.

Start another layout

• Tap New under the title, or Start another plan in All your plans.
• Choose The space from one of your plans to keep the same space and lay it out differently, for example a ceremony, then a reception. The space comes across; the layout is new.

A rain plan

1. Tap ... at the top of the plan and choose All followed by the number of your plans, or open All your plans from the plan chips.
2. On the plan you want, tap its menu and choose Make a copy.
3. Choose A rain plan (same everything) or Another layout of it.

A rain plan copies every piece, so you can move tables under cover without redrawing. A copy of a plan you share with your venue comes across with the venue's room pinned in place.

All your plans

All your plans shows each plan with a small preview and how it's shared: Shared with your venue, live, With the venue for setup, Your vendors can see it, or Just yours. From a plan's menu you can Open, Rename, Make a copy or Delete it. A plan you share with your venue can't be deleted.

Good to know

• Each plan has its own seating, so a rain plan needs its own seating too. Seat everyone for me does it in a tap.
• Deleting a plan removes its tables and everyone's seats on it.
