Rentals and supplies from your plan
Everything on your plan, counted, with typical prices you can replace with your quotes, and a list to send to a rental company.
Every table, chair, linen and rental on your floor plan adds up. Supplies counts it all for you and puts a rough price on it.
Tap Supplies in the toolbar.
What you see
- About: a total, from typical US rental prices. It's a place to start, not a quote.
- Groups like Tables, Seating, Linens and Rentals, each line with a count and a price, for example 12 × 60" round, $12 each.
If you're planning in your venue's room, the list only covers what your venue isn't bringing.
Use your own prices
Tap a price to type the one from your quote. It's marked your price and the total updates.
Renting, buying, borrowing or have it
Under each line, choose where it's coming from: Renting, Buying, Borrowing or Have it. Borrowed things and things you have drop out of the total and out of the list you send.
Send the list
- Send the list to a rental company shares a simple list of what you need to rent, with quantities, to any app.

Good to know
- The list updates as you change the plan.
- Linens are counted to fit your tables, for example a 120 inch round linen for a 60 inch round.
