Packages, where you work and FAQ

A couple comparing six storefronts that all say "from $5,000" picks on photographs. Packages let them choose on something real, and your FAQ stops you retyping the same answers. It's all under Page, Packages and questions.

Where you work

One line, up to 400 characters, shown on your page as Where they work. For example: "Central PA, and anywhere within two hours of Harrisburg". It's the first question a couple has.

Packages

Up to six. For each one:

• Package name, such as The Full Day.
• Price in dollars. Optional: a package with a name and what's included still does the job.
• A short note beside the price, such as "starting at", "per day" or "Saturdays May to October".
• What's included, one item per line, up to 12 lines.
• Mark as most booked puts a Most booked tag on it. Only one package can have it; marking another moves it.
• Remove deletes the package.

Choose Add a package for another, and Save at the end of the section.

Price per guest

Tick Price is per guest for anything priced by head, like catering or a rehearsal dinner. You can set a Minimum number of guests. Your page shows it as, for example, "$45 per guest, 30 minimum".

A per-guest package is also what a quote multiplies by the couple's guest count, and an invoice line from it follows their RSVPs. See Send a quote.

Questions you get asked

Up to twelve questions and answers, shown on your page under Questions, where couples tap each one to open it. Google reads them too.

Choose Add a question, type the question and the answer, and Save. Remove deletes one.

What couples see

Under your packages, couples read: "Prices as listed by the vendor. Confirm what applies to your date when you enquire."

Good to know

• A starter kit can write your packages for you, without prices.
• The portal's Menu tab (caterers and bakers) and the proposal templates in Settings are separate from these packages. See Quotes and menus.
