Share your page, profile strength and badges

Settings is where you check on yourself: how complete your page is, the link to share, and the badges you've earned.

Profile strength

At the top of Settings (and on Leads until it reaches 100%), Profile strength gives a score and the one next thing worth doing, with Do it.

It counts, most important first: five or more photos, a description of 120 characters or more, categories, a starting price, how far you travel, and a contact email. At 100% it says Your profile is complete.

Your public link

Under Your public profile, Copy link copies your page's address, and Preview opens it. Put it in your Instagram bio, your email signature or a text to a couple. Until setup is finished the link shows a "not available" page.

Booked via The Veil

After your first booking through The Veil, Download badge (PNG) gives you a square badge for Instagram or your website. It only uses your public business name. Before that, the card says it unlocks after your first booking.

Verified

The Verified badge shows on your page and in search when you're on Pro or Studio and your setup is finished. It comes with the plan and goes if you move to Free. It means you're a paid, set-up business on The Veil; it isn't a review of your work.

Usually replies within an hour

This badge can't be bought: Pro doesn't grant it and Free doesn't block it. Response time in Settings shows your numbers: Typical first reply, Answered and Leads measured.

You earn it when, over the last 90 days:

• you've had at least 5 leads,
• you answered at least 80% of them, and
• your typical first reply is 12 hours or less.

Your page then says Usually replies within an hour, within a few hours or within a day, depending on your typical time. If you don't have it yet, the card names the one thing in the way. It updates overnight, and a lead only counts 24 hours after it arrives, so a brand-new one never counts against you.
