Money coming in, and revenue by month

Billing opens on money, because "who still owes me?" is the question most people open it with. Billing is for owners and managers.

Money coming in

Four figures, each including the one before it:

• Late: payments past their due date, in red.
• By 30 days, By 60 days, By 90 days: everything due by then.

Below them, every unpaid payment: the client, what it's for, and its due date or how many days late it is, with the amount.

Received this year

• Couples paid, through The Veil.
• Marked paid another way: checks, cash and transfers you recorded.
• The Veil's cut: $0 on a paid plan.
• Stripe's processing fee: what Stripe actually charged, not an estimate.
• You kept.

If some payments settled before we recorded Stripe's fees, you'll see a dash and a note instead of a take-home figure. Your Stripe dashboard has the exact numbers, and new payments show a real figure.

Revenue by month

Booked events by the month they happen: what they're worth, what's in, and what's still to come. Switch between Next 12 months and Last 12 months.

• Booked: the total for those events, and how many there are.
• Collected: what's been paid, and how much of that was deposits.
• Still to come: invoiced or not yet.
• Overdue: what to chase first.

Each month's bar shows booked in gold and collected in green. Hover over the number of events to see the kinds. Booked events with no date yet, and money not tied to an event, are listed underneath. Download CSV exports it, month by month.

• Owed to you on Leads is the short version, with late payments in red. Tap it to come here.
• The side rail shows an Outstanding figure on every screen; tap it for Billing.
• Worth doing today on Leads names the late payment to chase first.
