Your Today page

On a team, Today is the first page each person opens: their couples and their weddings, not the whole pipeline. It appears in the portal once your plan has more than one seat. A solo business's Leads page already is its day, so it doesn't get a second copy.

The summary

Under Good morning (or afternoon, or evening) and your first name, one line says how many couples are waiting on you and how many for more than a day, how many leads are on your desk and in the pool, and how many weddings are coming up in the next two months.

Waiting on you

Couples who've written and not had a reply, oldest first. Each shows the date and how long they've been waiting; more than a day is highlighted.

• Your own leads have Reply.
• Leads in the pool are marked In the pool, with Pick up.

When nothing is waiting it says Inbox zero, and whether the pool has anyone in it. All leads opens Leads.

Waiting on couples

Leads where you replied last and the couple hasn't answered yet.

Tours and calls

The next two weeks. Tastings at the same time are grouped. + Add books a new appointment. See Tours and tastings.

Coming up

Booked weddings in the next two months, with how much of the run sheet the couple has shared, who's looking after it, and the crew. Calendar opens Availability.

The team today

For owners and managers: each person, their title, how many open leads they have and how many are unanswered, and how many leads are in the pool with nobody on them, with Hand out.

Day-of staff

Day-of staff see only the weddings they're working in the next two months. Their portal has just Today and Team.
