Approve your co-planners' changes

When a co-planner edits your wedding, the change is held as a request instead of being saved. You look at what they changed and decide.

Where requests appear

• On Home, Review opens Change Requests.
• You're notified about new requests unless you switch off Collaboration in Notifications.
• Activity on Home shows everything anyone changed, and when.

Review a request

Each request shows who made it and what they changed, as Before and After. Budget changes show the items; music changes show the songs; floor plan changes have See the plan with these changes or View New Floor Plan.

• Accept & Merge: the change is saved to your wedding.
• Deny & Purge: the change is thrown away.

What your co-planner sees

While a request waits, the item they changed shows PENDING (or a banner, PENDING HOST APPROVAL, with Further tweaks will update your pending request.). When you accept, it becomes part of the wedding for everyone. When you deny it, it disappears.

On the wedding day

While day-of mode is on, your Day-of Coordinator can approve timeline and seating requests too, so co-planners aren't waiting on you while you're getting married. Everything else still comes to you.

Good to know

• A co-planner's inquiry to a vendor is a request too. It's only sent when you accept it.
• If something a co-planner changed was removed from the plan in the meantime, accepting tells you: ask them to send it again.
• Your partner's changes never need approval.
