The Veil for business · Venues

Run the whole wedding from the room it happens in.

Your rooms, your calendar and your holds, a floor plan the couple plans in with you, the BEO, and the day itself, with every guest told when you're running late.

From the couple, without asking

The couple plans their wedding in The Veil. What they share with you arrives on their booking, and stays up to date.

A floor plan you share, live

Start the plan from your own room, drawn to scale. When the couple books, they plan in it with you; changes to your pieces come to you as suggestions.

The final guest list

When the couple locks their list you get every name, party, table and dietary need, and the final count locks on the date you set.

Their timeline, and a run of show

The couple's day lands on your run sheet, and each vendor confirms their part. Move a line and they're asked again.

Yours

Rooms, rates and minimums

Each space with its capacity, peak and off-peak rates, and a food and beverage minimum that invoices its own balance.

Holds and second holds

Hold a date for a couple while they decide, with a second and third in line who move up and are told.

Tours and group tastings

Couples book a tour from your page; tastings can seat up to 30 couples at once.

The BEO and the day sheet

Menu, bar, setup, load-in, power, curfew and parking, marked when they change, on one printed page with the room and the numbers.

Your vendors, on your terms

Add the other vendors on each wedding, share the run sheet, set your rules for outside vendors and collect their insurance certificates.

A $20,000 balance costs $5 to collect

Clients pay by bank for 0.8%, capped at $5, or by card. On Pro and Studio The Veil takes nothing on top.

Everything else you run the business on

Leads from your page, your website and your inbox; replies now or later; quotes, e-signed contracts and invoices; payment plans and autopay; your calendar; and The Veil Vendors on your phone.

On the day

Run the day from the front desk or your phone: start each moment, push the rest back when the speeches run long, mark vendors in, check guests in and find their table, and send one line that reaches the couple, the vendors and every guest.
