For photographers on Pixieset

Keep Pixieset for galleries. Run bookings and clients on The Veil.

Your galleries, proofing, prints and website stay exactly where they are. Your inquiries, bookings, contracts and payments move here, next to the couple's own plan: their timeline, their guest list and the other vendors on the day.

What stays, and what moves

Stays in Pixieset

  • Client galleries

Delivery, downloads and the gallery app your clients already know.

  • Proofing and favorites

Clients pick their favorites where the photos are.

  • Prints and products

Your store and its lab orders.

  • Your website

Your Pixieset site stays your site.

Moves to The Veil

  • Clients and leads

Every inquiry in one pipeline, from your own site's forms too.

  • Bookings and session dates

Each booking holds its date, and Book online lets clients pick an open date and pay the deposit, on every plan.

  • Contracts

E-signed with a certificate page: who signed, when, on what device, and a fingerprint of the exact file.

  • Invoices and payment plans

A deposit, then the balance on its date. Clients pay by bank for 0.8%, capped at $5, or by card; on Pro and Studio The Veil takes nothing on top.

  • Session types

They become the packages on your page, with their prices, ready to book online.

Paste each client's Pixieset gallery link on their booking, and it sits with everything else for that wedding. Want the photos in the couple's own gallery too? Download the set from Pixieset as a zip and import it in one go, marked as yours, beside the photos guests add.

What a wedding adds that a CRM can't see

The couple plans their wedding in The Veil. When they book you, the parts of their plan you need come to you, kept up to date by them.

Family photos

The couple's call-out list, built from their guest list, when they share it with you.

The light

Sunset, golden hour and blue hour at the venue on the day.

Your run of show

Your arrival and your lines on the couple's timeline. Confirm it; if it moves, you're asked again.

The day sheet

The timeline, the other vendors and the venue's notes. If the ceremony moves, you hear with everyone else.

Delivery dates, kept

Promise a sneak peek or a gallery by a date. Each booking shows when it's due, and "delivered" tells the couple.

Couples find you

Your storefront in The Veil, the app couples plan their wedding in.

Moving over takes an afternoon

  1. 1

    Bring your clients

In Studio Manager, export your contacts (Contacts → Actions → Export Contacts) and your transactions (Payments → Transactions → Export). Drop both files in; each client's payments are added up and matched by email. You see every row before anything is saved.

  2. 2

    Bring your session types

List them in our package sheet, or drop your price guide. They become the packages on your page, with prices, ready for Book online.

  3. 3

    Bring your contracts

Copy each contract template's text from Pixieset and paste it in, or upload the PDF. Your wording stays; the client's name, date and total fill themselves.
